What will you find at The International Christian Center?
6 CHURCHES:
First Alliance Church
The Alliance Church has been a part of Louisville for 100 years, and is the host to the other groups meeting on the Bardstown Road campus. On a typical Sunday this church family will have about 80 people from 4 or 5 countries. The people give generously to needs that are overseas, and help internationals living in Louisville.
Over the last 7 years the building and grounds have seen several significant changes with the addition of a playground and a very complete kitchen where meals can be prepared for over 250 people. There have also been renovations to large portions of the buildings, so the church can serve as a full retreat center.
The Sunday Celebration has a blended style, meeting at 10: 45 AM. And the Tuesday night ministry, called “STITCH,” has something for people of every age.
Pastor Ken Toczyski has been with First Alliance Church for over 9 years. During that time the church has become very involved in the community and has had an increasing interest in helping International people who are moving into the city. Pastor Ken’s wife is Kathy who is a RN and they have three grown children.
